Making Money with Social Media

People with the shiniest and most polished of social media accounts are quick to question those of us whose posts are dominated by “ugly” pics and videos of products you’d get from retailers such as Heatline.com. Little do they know that therein lies the difference between using social media to make money versus you being the product social media companies are selling to make money with!

So, instead of learning the web business from books, blogs, forums and small businesses, I learned it from an entrepreneur who owned his own website and became a star on Youtube. By discovering that you can make money by making videos of anything you want and then promoting them and making friends, you can quickly learn how to make money by simply socializing.

With a little business knowledge, and a little networking, you can start making money in a very short time.

You can easily make $1,000 a month in social media advertising if you know how to do it. I used to get paid hundreds of dollars every month by Facebook for advertising. Now you can make it for free as they started shutting down many of the sites that paid.

This is the story of how I made the leap from making almost nothing to making almost nothing. It involves basically monetizing my lifestyle for the most part, posting “problem-solving” media that preferably looks good under the social media platform filters, like how Freedom Jars look on Instagam!

I went from not making anything to making almost nothing. So I decided to leave it behind.

Here is the story of how I went from a social media marketing expert to not making anything, to making almost nothing again, to making almost nothing for a second time…

About 6 months ago, I left a lucrative job at the telephone company.

Now, six months later, I made almost no money at all on social media advertising.

I found that social media is not a great way to make money. In fact, it is very easy to make money, if you have the right networking connections and contacts.

There is one thing that I did that worked for me that social media and business owners should keep in mind:

I met my clients on Facebook by simply talking about things that were in their interest. By talking about it and becoming friends, I made good friends who shared my ideas and did the things that I suggested.

As they started learning more about my marketing methods, they became my clients. Once they became my clients, they became even more interested in what I had to say and even more willing to do what I suggested.

You can be a social media marketing expert for a short time, or for an extended time, but by becoming good friends with people, you can make it almost every time, just by talking.

People need friends. Social media is simply giving people a way to meet those who share their interests.

I did not become friends with people because I liked them or was good at making friends. I became friends because they shared my interests. When I became friends with them, they gave me their confidence. That made me more confident.

I became good friends with my client by simply talking to him. As he learned more about me and my marketing skills, he wanted to be my friend, and I wanted to be his friend. It was a natural progression from there.

Although I don’t think social media is a great way to make money, by simply socializing, I quickly made many clients and made a good deal of money at social media.
